What happens after you call
Here is how a tow goes, from your first call to the drop-off. Every job is recorded in Tow Control, our own dispatch system.

Step by step
You call or message dispatch
Tell the dispatcher where you are, what vehicle it is and where it should go. They confirm the price before sending a truck.
A truck is assigned
We text you the truck’s plate number and the driver’s name, so you know which truck to look for. The same text has a live tracking link.
The driver loads the car
If the job needs extra work at the scene, such as winching a car out of a canal, the driver tells you the added cost before doing it.
The car is dropped off
The truck takes the car to the address you gave: home, your mechanic or the casa. You pay the price confirmed on the call, plus any extra you agreed to at the scene.
Tracking your tow truck
Open the link from the text on any phone to see the truck on a map, how far away it is and when it should reach you. There’s no app to install.
The page shows each stage of the job: truck assigned, on the way, arrived and delivered. You can forward the link to whoever is waiting for the car, such as family or your mechanic.
