Tell dispatch when you call

Work out your priceWhy the wheels stay off the road
On many EVs and hybrids, turning the drive wheels makes the electric motor generate current, which can damage the drive system. Your owner’s manual says how your car should be moved.
Some EVs have to be put in a tow or transport mode before they can roll onto the deck. The manual explains how.
If the battery simply ran flat, we can take the car to a working charger, your home or the dealer. If there is a fault warning, leave the car as the dashboard asks and tell dispatch what it says.

Can you take my EV to a charging station?
Yes. Tell dispatch which charger you want to go to. It is priced by distance like any tow.
Is a hybrid treated like an EV?
Often, yes. Many hybrids have an electric motor connected to the drive wheels, so their manuals also call for flatbed transport. Tell dispatch the make and model.
