Rates by vehicle class
Your vehicle’s class is set by its gross vehicle weight (GVW), printed on the OR/CR.

What can change the price
Changing the drop-off changes the distance. These extras can also apply, and each is quoted before the work starts.
- Expressway tolls
- Added to the price for the route taken.
- Winching and recovery
- Cars in a ditch, canal, floodwater or down an embankment.
- Dollies or go-jaks
- Locked steering, a lost key, or AWD in a tight spot.
- Basement pull-outs
- Low-clearance parking where a flatbed cannot enter.
Roadside jobs
Jump-starts, tire changes, lockouts and fuel delivery are priced per job on the call. If a roadside job turns into a tow, dispatch confirms the tow price with you first.
Rate questions
How is a tow priced?
A base price covers the first 4 km, then each km after that is charged per km. Kilometres are counted from pickup to drop-off, and part of a km counts as a whole one. Expressway tolls are added to the price.
Which class is my vehicle?
It depends on the gross vehicle weight (GVW) printed on your OR/CR. Most cars, SUVs, AUVs, vans and pickups are under 4,500 kg, which makes them light vehicles.
When is the exact price confirmed?
On the call. Dispatch confirms the price before sending a truck. If the job changes at the scene, for example a car in a canal needs winching, the driver tells you the added cost before doing the work.
Magkano ang towing ng kotse?
Nakadepende sa bigat ng sasakyan at sa layo. Gamitin ang calculator sa itaas para sa tantya, at kukumpirmahin ng dispatch ang eksaktong presyo sa tawag.
Magkano ang towing ng SUV?
Kadalasan pareho lang sa kotse, dahil light vehicle ang karamihan ng SUV. Tingnan ang GVW sa OR/CR mo kung gusto mong makasiguro.
